About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Records Supervisor to lead our Student Records Department. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of student records while supervising records staff and maintaining compliance with U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) and Job Corps requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support Records Department staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with USDOL, Job Corps, OASIS, CIS, and privacy regulations.
- Oversee student reporting, attendance, enrollment, leave, pay, and travel records.
- Serve as the Center Accountability Officer, ensuring accurate student accountability documentation.
- Analyze records data and prepare required reports.
- Assist students with records, pay, leave, schedules, and travel questions.
- Promote excellent customer service and collaborate with all departments to support student success.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with records management, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and quality service.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- The Associates Degree requirement may be substituted with a high school diploma and five years of Job Corps records management experience.
