About the Role

The Retail Employee / Project Specialist performs a range of duties to ensure customers have an amazing experience whether shopping in-store or picking up an order. This role involves early morning truck shifts, customer-facing selling shifts, and requires one weekend day per week.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets all customers as Host or throughout the store.
• Connects with customers to suggest solutions for organizational challenges.
• Designs and sells custom closets and other storage and organization solutions.
• Serves as a register person, focusing on a great customer experience during checkout.
• Introduces and enrolls customers in the rewards program.
• Works merchandise processing during early morning or evenings.
• Maintains the Sales Floor, ensuring shelves are full and presented according to brand standards.
• Supports customer carryout to their cars.
• Assists with cleaning routines around the store.
• Processes customer orders for curbside pick-up and/or delivery.
• Organizes the stockroom to support store selling efforts.
• Adheres to time expectations, performing tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Actively engages with customers to solve their organizational challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
