About the Role

Join the Greater London Authority (GLA) as a Business Administration Apprentice to support teams with administrative tasks, develop valuable skills, and contribute to shaping London's future. This program offers hands-on experience, a nationally recognized qualification, and the chance to make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Support teams across the GLA with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Help deliver projects, events and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and external partners.
  • Attend meetings, contribute ideas and build your professional network.
  • Learn from experienced professionals while developing valuable business administration skills.

Requirements

  • Be 16 years old or older at the start of the apprenticeship.
  • Have the right to work in the UK and have been ordinarily resident in the UK, EEA, Switzerland, Gibraltar or the UK Overseas Territories for the previous three years.
  • Not currently be qualified in Business Administration at level 3 or above.
  • Currently not undertaking any other formal form of study (e.g. college or university course).
