About the Role

Branch Banking Client Consultant II provides best-in-class client experience by resolving concerns and offering product details to meet financial needs. This role focuses on client management, retention, and facilitating introductions to key banking partners to ensure clients achieve their financial goals. The position involves greater lending and basic investment interactions, as well as more complex banking conversations.

Responsibilities

Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and client acquisition.
Actively seek and deliver client introductions to achieve growth targets and execute sales initiatives.
Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
Deliver client engagement and education.
Meet behavioral activity goals, including NextGen and marketing campaign lead calling, appointments set, appointments completed, and needs met.
Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
Strive for no controllable losses.
Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required.
Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards.
Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent education.
Minimum 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience.
Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies is preferred.
Action-oriented with energy for challenging tasks and seizing opportunities.
Possesses business acumen, understanding products, sales processes, and market dynamics.
Approachable, able to put others at ease, warm, pleasant, gracious, and patient.
Skilled in problem-solving using rigorous logic and effective solutions.
