About the Role

This Analytics Consultant role focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting and analytical solutions to support client-facing and internal business needs. The position partners with various departments to deliver insights and recommendations, translating complex data into actionable information for strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytical solutions.
• Partner closely with Sales & Account Management, Network, Wellness, Communications, Underwriting, and other stakeholders.
• Design and maintain recurring reporting.
• Develop ad hoc analyses.
• Translate complex healthcare and financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Identify reporting opportunities.
• Support client needs.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
• Proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights.
• High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life.
