About the Role

Meta is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to support the Partnerships team. This role involves operationalizing high-priority strategic programs, focusing on scaling glasses seeding strategy across partners, tentpole moments, and priority verticals in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment. You will translate leadership priorities into scalable playbooks, durable partner frameworks, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic seeding roadmap, with an immediate focus on operationalizing and scaling the glasses seeding program across regions, verticals, and tentpole events.

  • Build and manage relationships with internal leadership and cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Hardware, Marketing, Comms, Legal, Policy) to align on strategy and unlock execution capacity.
  • Train colleagues across XFNs on glasses onboarding tactics to ensure a successful seeding experience for partners.
  • Develop and maintain external partner frameworks that support seeding logistics and tracking across creators, athletes, public figures, and institutional partners.
  • Create concise executive-ready materials (briefs, decision memos, talking points) to support rapid decision-making and leadership alignment.
  • Act as a nimble operator, shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution as priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, operations, management consulting, or executive-level program leadership.
  • Experience building and scaling programs into repeatable, measurable operations.
  • Proven ability to influence and execute with cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous, highly matrixed environments.
