About the Role
This role involves providing a focused management service to residents in Over 55’s Housing schemes, managing building access, and ensuring security. It's a key-holder position and the first point of contact for residents, requiring excellent communication and the ability to collaborate with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors.
- Act as a key-holder for the building.
- Ensure security of communal areas and facilities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to deliver services to residents.
- Deal with emergencies.
- Organize and prioritize own workload.
Requirements
- Must be flexible, calm under pressure, and able to deal with emergencies.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
- Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
Skills
- Good customer care skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills on a range of systems
- Previous experience in Facilities Management (preferred)
- Working knowledge and understanding of the housing/building management sector (preferred)
Location
- London Islington – Cope House
- Travel across the region as required
- May need to cover other schemes in the area

Salary/Compensations
- £27,706 - £35,836 per annum
