About the Role
We are seeking an organized Personal Assistant to support the VP of International Expansion & Risk within Network Risk Operations, part of the Global Payment Network. This pivotal role involves coordinating hiring and onboarding for a new team, providing dedicated administrative support, and potentially expanding to support other senior leadership as the team grows. The focus is on administrative oversight and operational rhythm for building a new risk team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and optimizing time usage.
- Lead administrative coordination for the International Expansion & Risk team, including logistical support for hiring and onboarding.
- Facilitate the operational rhythm of the growing risk team.
- Manage end-to-end travel planning and expense processing.
- Prepare and manage high-level meeting materials, including creating and refining presentations, agendas, and pre-read documents.
- Oversee general team logistics and administrative operations, including file maintenance, managing communications, and acting as a central point of contact.
- Coordinate and facilitate team meetings and off-site events, handling scheduling, room bookings, and agenda logistics.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a large, dynamic organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative oversight and operational workflows for a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in executive calendar management, complex travel planning, and expense processing.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, HR).
- Experience coordinating team events, meetings, and off-sites with a focus on logistics, budget management, and effective agenda coordination.
- Prior experience in risk management, payment networks, or the financial services industry is preferred.
