About the Role

The Manager, Product Manager for the Associate Servicing team plays a critical role in achieving our goals. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role where the individual will work closely with tech, operations, and business partners to provide servicing associates the tools and resources they need to care for our customers. This includes deep investments in AI tools that simplify associate experiences so they can concentrate on the customer they are servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
