About the Role
The Field Service Technician I is responsible for maintaining and repairing technology equipment and hardware, ATMs, and troubleshooting network and communications equipment for assigned branches.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots hardware and software issues and repairs technology equipment such as desktops, laptops and tablets, routers, Triton ATMs, and CCTV security cameras.
- Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HP LaserJet printers.
- Performs preventive maintenance on various technology equipment.
- Troubleshoots network outages and cabling issues.
- Trains end users on branch equipment functionality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technology support experience or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of computer troubleshooting and repair skills with broad knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, networking, AV and office technology equipment required.
- Operation of a company vehicle, clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to achieve relevant technical certifications for the organization’s systems, applications and equipment.
