About the Role

The Employer Brand Manager plays a key role in bringing Nebius' employer brand to life through creative campaigns and meaningful events. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how Nebius connects with talent globally, driving awareness, deepening audience connection, and showcasing company culture. The Employer Brand Manager will design and deliver high-impact initiatives, positioning Nebius as an employer of choice in a competitive global market.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of employer brand campaigns supporting hiring initiatives, culture storytelling, and strategic priorities.
Plan and manage diverse events including career fairs, industry conferences, sponsorships, and internal brand activations.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Internal Communications teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop compelling storytelling to translate brand values and employee value proposition (EVP) into engaging narratives and authentic experiences.
Monitor and analyze campaign and event effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
Maintain brand consistency and reinforce the company’s EVP and employer brand standards.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
Champion innovative ideas and creative approaches to enhance the employer brand experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field.
5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, events management, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver multi-channel campaigns and events.
Strong storytelling skills.
Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or partners.
Familiarity with employer brand measurement tools, event ROI tracking, and data-driven decision making.
