About the Role
Act as the primary and reliable point of contact for customers and prospects, handling inquiries via email and phone. Work closely with other departments to find quick, comprehensive solutions for complex customer questions. Continuously expand financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning. Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in product and internal processes. This position is initially fixed-term for two years.
Responsibilities

- Continuously expand financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning.
- Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in product and internal processes.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or have completed a relevant commercial apprenticeship (ideally in banking).
- Bring at least one year of relevant practical experience specifically within the banking, FinTech, or broader financial services sector.
- Be highly experienced in supporting customers via phone, email, and/or in person.
- Have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
- Possess a genuine passion for customer service, take ownership of the customer experience, and possess a strong affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
- Be a reliable team player who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
