About the Role
Stackgini is building the AI operating system for Autonomous Enterprise IT. We are looking for individuals to ensure Stackgini lands and sticks with enterprise customers, owning the technical rollout from deal closing through steady state usage. This is an entrepreneurial role on a small, lean team with a direct line into product development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Stackgini lands and sticks with enterprise customers.
- Join accounts right after the deal closes and run the technical rollout hands-on.
- Fully take over accounts from sales through to steady state usage.
- Scope the use case, configure agents, and connect relevant systems.
- Drive customers to achieve first production value.
- Onboard end users across IT and business departments.
- Spot expansion signals early and turn initial pilots into long-term relationships.
- Provide feedback from customer deployments to product development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with enterprises, preferably in deployment-heavy, forward-deployed, or account management roles with direct customer system ownership.
- Strong presence and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from IT admins to CIOs.
- Understanding of modern AI agents and workflows, including prompt design and APIs.
- Commercial instinct to spot expansion opportunities and engage in early commercial conversations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
