About the Role
As an Esthetician within our hotel, you will focus on welcoming guests into our spa facility while providing exceptional spa services that adhere to the service standards of an Auberge Spa facility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment
- Maintain professional ethics while ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest
- Prepare treatment room to client specifications
- Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required
- Provide massage for the neck, hands, and feet when appropriate
- Maintain an immaculate work area with necessary supplies at all times
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
- Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail
- Follow all protocols and procedures of treatments
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa
Requirements
- Valid and current Esthetician License in the state / location of the hotel
- Two years of professional esthetic experience preferred
- Additional certificates for specialty treatments and modalities preferred and appreciated
- Willingness to learn new skills and be adaptable
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, according to department needs
