About the Role
The Lyons National Bank has a Full Time opening for a Deposit Operations Help Desk Specialist at our Operations Center, Geneva NY. This available call center position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the customer service function of the bank. This individual will be a critical player working closely with other departments within in the bank to resolve customer issues.
