About the Role
The Medical Publications team at Real Chemistry plays a central role in transforming complex science into clear, credible, and impactful communication. This role partners closely with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to develop high-quality, evidence-based publications that advance scientific understanding and support better patient outcomes. The team works at the intersection of strategy, science, and storytelling, collaborating with leading experts, driving publication planning, and delivering manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress materials.
Responsibilities
- Support the drafting and proofing of project documents for client and internal teams, including briefs, presentations, scope documents, and change orders.
- Maintain and appropriately distribute detailed meeting notes and client call reports.
- Monitor budgets and schedule, and review with account leadership on a regular basis.
- Work closely with internal resources to understand the client’s business, brand, and marketing, to contribute ideas.
- Provide input into strategy documents and project outputs; assist teams in tactical direction.
- Proactively research and explore client brand and customer needs and attitudes.
- Support research initiatives.
- Attend internal meetings, and client meetings as needed, and contribute to the discussion.
- Analyze marketing results and support the team in presenting them to the client.
Requirements
- Highly organised with a mindfulness of deadlines, the ability to manage multiple tasks based on priorities and a strong attention to detail.
- Independent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development, but a team player who enjoys collaboration.
- Performs tasks with a sense of urgency and has the confidence to communicate with managers when deadlines will not be met or when issues are foreseeable.
- Open minded and eager to learn.
- High energy, able to effectively operate in fast-paced, growing and evolving environment.
