About the Role

Tennis Canada is seeking a Manager, Tennis Professionals Association (TPA) & Member Services to join its Coach Education & Development team. This role is responsible for the growth, operations, and member experience of the TPA, leading business development, partnerships, member services, and marketing/communication activities to support Canada's coaching community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the TPA business plan.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and develop value-added services for members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes and digital platforms.
  • Oversee member services and deliver an exceptional member experience.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Plan and coordinate TPA events and professional development activities.
  • Oversee memberships, renewals, and the day-to-day operations of the TPA.
  • Monitor the operating budget, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational reporting.
  • Continuously improve processes and member services.
  • Oversee marketing and communication initiatives supporting TPA activities and coach education.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Association and member engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sport Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a leadership role within member services, association management, or customer experience.
  • Experience in partnership development, team leadership, and budget management.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms, CRM systems, and membership management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with a national sport organization or professional association is considered an asset.
