About the Role

We offer Endodontists a unique opportunity to practice in a modern, supportive clinical environment on Army and Air Force bases across the U.S. Enjoy a steady referral base, autonomy in treatment planning, and the opportunity to provide care to a deserving, service-connected population without the administrative burden of private practice.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions using evidence-based endodontic techniques
Perform root canal therapy (including retreatment), pulpotomies, apicoectomies, and related surgical procedures as needed
Utilize digital radiography, and other diagnostic tools for treatment planning
Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post-operative care, and prevention
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records
Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of treatment
Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with CDC and OSHA standards

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program
Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
Active, unrestricted state dental license
CPR/BLS Certification
DEA license (if applicable)
Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain Real ID for military base access
Must undergo background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening if made a conditional offer of employment
