About the Role
Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Regional Vice President to provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of hotels. This role focuses on developing leaders, building strong cultures, and driving consistent results across hotels, rather than just solving problems. The ideal candidate will coach General Managers, improve performance, protect owner investments, and create accountability.
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers
- Build strong leadership teams and succession plans
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Inspire leaders—not dependence
- Drive consistent execution of brand and Blue Sky standards
- Improve guest satisfaction and service delivery
- Ensure operational discipline across every hotel
- Remove barriers that limit performance
- Drive NOI, profitability, labor productivity, and market share
- Analyze trends and identify root causes
- Protect owner investments through disciplined execution
- Deliver measurable business results
- Recruit exceptional leaders

Requirements
- Multi-property hotel operations leadership experience
- Previous Regional Vice President, Regional Director, Area General Manager, or comparable multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or other major branded hotel experience
- Demonstrated success improving financial performance and guest satisfaction
- Experience coaching and developing General Managers
- Strong financial acumen including P&L, labor management, forecasting, and owner reporting
- Proven ability to lead through influence, accountability, and collaboration
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned portfolio
