About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the casino's action, ensuring the casino floor runs seamlessly. This is a key leadership role where you will take full ownership of tables and slots, driving performance, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring profitable and safe operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to bring the Grosvenor Business Plan to life, driving growth and setting high standards.

Requirements

Proven experience leading a casino gaming operation.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering sales and yield targets.
Deep knowledge of UK gaming.
A natural leader - clear, credible, and able to inspire high standards.
Passion for customer experience and delivering something special on the floor.
Confident handling EDD & Responsible Gambling conversations.
A proven track record and ability to lead a team of people.
Must be willing to work late nights and weekends as and when required.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
