About the Role

We're looking for a Workplace Lead to build and run the physical and experiential backbone of our company as we scale globally. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring you to design systems, plan for capacity ahead of growth, and create an environment that reflects our company identity.

Responsibilities

  • Build the infrastructure (vendor relationships, budgets, tooling, processes) to scale Workplace operations.
  • Manage a workplace budget, reporting on spend, utilization, and ROI.
  • Hire and develop a team as scale requires.
  • Lead site selection, lease negotiations, and buildout for new global offices.
  • Own headcount-driven capacity planning and forecast space needs against hiring plans.
  • Partner with local counsel, contractors, and vendors to establish compliant offices in new markets.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for faster and more predictable market openings.
  • Own the day-to-day office experience, focusing on details that enhance employee and visitor engagement.
  • Design and run onsite programs, including daily operations and milestone events.
  • Set the standard for visitor, candidate, and guest experiences.
  • Build feedback loops with employees to continuously improve workplace experience.
  • Build and lead a team of Office Coordinators.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, including team offsites and all-hands meetings.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, and logistics end-to-end.
  • Partner with Leadership and cross-functional teams on programming that reinforces culture and connection.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Workplace, Facilities, or a closely related operations role.
  • Experience opening or scaling offices in multiple markets/countries.
  • Track record of building systems and playbooks.
  • Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable owning budgets and being accountable for outcomes.
  • Genuine hospitality instinct; attention to detail and focus on how people feel in a space.
  • Startup DNA: energized by ambiguity, move fast, and willing to handle both strategic planning and hands-on tasks.
  • Excellent judgment on when to build for scale versus keeping things scrappy.
  • International experience preferred (real estate, considerations across markets).
