About the Role

Manage the operations of the Residence Hall Resource Center and serve as a member of the building leadership team. Act as an on-site emergency response/crisis intervention agent in the absence of the Residence Hall Director or Assistant Director.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience providing a high level of customer service.
  • Proficiency with intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Moderate to fast, accurate keyboarding.
  • Good proofreading and writing skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency with intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Moderate to fast, accurate keyboarding.
  • Good proofreading and writing skills.
  • Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office or proficiency with Apple.
  • Knowledge of desktop publishing software.
  • Knowledge of Access.
