About the Role

Support the Electrification management team for the project, contributing to the success of electrification initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams, assisting in consolidating KPIs through automated dashboards, and supporting documentation management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project-level interfaces with team members and internal stakeholders/partners.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly internal and external reporting for meetings.
  • Assist in consolidating KPIs through automated dashboards (Excel, Power BI).
  • Support subcontractor and supplier coordination, including business case preparation and readiness for approvals.
  • Maintain and update the Electrification Deliverables List while coordinating with Engineering, Construction, and Doc Control teams.
  • Support documentation management activities, including tracking and publication workflows.
  • Conduct technical benchmarking and research internal best practices within Alstom Electrification projects.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Desirable: Enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Good understanding of Electrification subsystems.
  • Knowledge of PMO processes.
  • Autonomy, result-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (a second language is appreciated).
  • Knowledge of Railway Electrification systems or interest in Railway Engineering.
  • Proficient in standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI, Visio, Macro programming languages, and Project Management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (teamwork and leadership).
  • Analytical and critical thinking.
  • Problem-solving ability and resilience.
