About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience by supporting the talent acquisition team in a fast-paced environment. This role coordinates all pre-hire processes and documentation for compliance, ensuring the successful completion of the hire/transfer process.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for candidate background checks, including criminal background checks, drug screenings, adjudication, and license/certification verification.
- Ensure employee health screenings and vaccine/accommodation requirements are met, and all necessary documentation is completed for hire.
- Conduct administrative responsibilities such as employment correspondence, service request management for TA operations, email management, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate and ensure data integrity for all hires and rehires, managing changes to start dates, rescinded hires/transfers, and in-flight data adjustments.
- Deliver consistent and positive communication to candidates, partnering with recruiters on any pre-boarding issues or delays and confirming day-one activities.
- Assist with and administer process compliance, including license and certification collection, pre-employment tracking, adjudication, approvals, and timely hire processing.
- Suggest updates and edits to templates, SOPs, and processes as needed.
- Provide white-glove service to candidates and pre-hires through interview and pre-employment requirement coordination (Executive Talent Acquisition Only).
- Assist with third-party staffing vendor management, ensuring documentation collection and vendor reporting (Executive Talent Acquisition Only).
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to deal with changing schedules and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening).
