About the Role

This remote position requires the candidate to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts. The Endoscopy Clinical Specialist will implement and train customers on Medtronic’s Endoscopy Solutions, serving as the clinical product expert to enhance customer understanding and proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Implement and train customers on Medtronic’s Endoscopy Solutions, including the Bravo pH Monitoring System, ManoScan Manometry and pH-Impedance systems, and other products.
- Serve as the clinical product expert, developing customer depth in product and clinical understanding across the full product portfolio.
- Demonstrate product usage to physicians and nurses, handle product installations, and continuously develop product knowledge.
- Provide product demonstration and clinical education to targeted accounts through 1:1 and group interactions.
- Lead post-sales activities, including implementation, product education, in-servicing, and ongoing support.
- Travel overnight to client facilities by auto or aircraft 75% of the time.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of the clinical application of all products and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage regional accounts to drive utilization of reflux and manometry products.
- Support regional sales strategy and work with the sales team to achieve business plans.
- Support regional sales team efforts in lead generation and pre-sale clinical evaluations.
- Work with inside sales to promote sale service contracts/plans.
- Conduct/support local, regional, and national educational courses for healthcare professionals.
- Provide support to key decision makers and clinicians.
- Support the PACE department by conducting educational courses and providing feedback.
- Collaborate and share best practices with other Clinical Specialists.
- Communicate customer feedback, product performance, and competitive intelligence to Marketing and Sales.
- Support the Commercial Excellence Department by participating in product training for the sales force.
- Support and train newly hired Clinical Specialist team members.
- Update account information in Sales Force. Com (SFDC) regarding installation, in-service, and training records.
- Collaborate with other team members including Sales, Sales Training, Marketing, PACE, Technical Support, and Customer Service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
- Prior adult education and training experience in the Gastroenterology-related field is desired.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate highly technical information to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrated success in working in a team setting and matrix managed environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels in business.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with Medtronic GI Solutions products.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level).
