About the Role

Medtronic is a global leader in healthcare technology dedicated to alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. This role is for a deformity team leader who will build and lead all activities for a new centralized deformity team focused on commercial strategy and execution across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of the deformity sales team within WE geography to achieve established sales targets.
• Develops and/or implements business strategies for existing and potential deformity accounts.
• Manages the day-to-day activities of the deformity sales team to implement the organization's overall deformity sales strategy for WE.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions to support selling, market development, service efforts, and clinical programs.
• Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share in the deformity space.
• Assesses need for new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analysis, and implements strategies.
• Coaches sales representatives on technical aspects of products and services, marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and sales techniques, procedures, and standards.
• Builds and implements strategies and the deformity go-to-market plan with full alignment to regional and country sales leaders.
• Implements and executes Medical education activities for internal sales teams.

Requirements

• Availability to travel for at least 70% of working time.
• At least 3 years of spine experience with deformity expertise.
• People management experience.
• Fluency in English.

• United Kingdom: 92,000.00 GBP - 138,000.00 GBP
