About the Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Staff Designer to help define how intelligence, automation, and creativity come together in the next generation of creative workflows. This role sits at the intersection of brand systems, AI, and creative infrastructure—shaping experiences that make creativity more adaptive, scalable, and expressive.
Responsibilities
- Designs systems and interfaces that empower creatives to work with intelligent tools.
- Develops adaptive brand systems.
- Builds design automation frameworks.
- Explores how custom image and video models become part of the creative process.
- Collaborates with engineers and researchers to prototype and refine new experiences that make creative workflows faster and smarter.
- Designs internal tools that power creative teams.
- Invents new interaction patterns for human–AI collaboration across visual, motion, and generative spaces.
- Experiments, iterates, and learns through building.
- Uses prototypes as thinking tools, evolving concepts through feedback and exploration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product, systems, or interaction design, ideally across tools or platforms for creative professionals.
- Strong design craft with a systems mentality and fluency in scalable automation.
- Experience designing for AI-assisted or automated workflows.
- Technical comfort working with APIs, rendering pipelines, or creative scripting.
- Hands-on skill with prototyping tools (Figma, code, or low-fi mockups).
- Experience shaping or maintaining large-scale brand systems and can apply that thinking to intelligent creative tools.
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Familiarity with WCAG standards and testing for accessibility compliance.
