About the Role

The Store Lead supports the Store Leadership Team by managing cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty. This role involves representing the brand professionally, engaging customers, maintaining store standards, and fostering teamwork and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through associate training and in-the-moment coaching.
• Partner with the Store Manager to address associate performance concerns.
• Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely, objective feedback.
• Assess performance and provide feedback daily and during annual reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment.
• Model and encourage exceptional customer service behaviors and maintain high store standards.
• Represent the company professionally and positively.
• Support the management team to maximize productivity through operational and product knowledge, customer service, and key store initiatives.
• Participate in the Leader on Duty (LOD) program to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly.
• Modify schedules based on business climate.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom.
• Ensure Environment (CRE) Standards & Safety requirements are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet business needs.
• Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom, climb ladders, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
