About the Role
The Mailroom Administrator, Client Support Services will report to the Team Lead, Mailroom, and will perform processing of incoming/outgoing mail/couriers and diverse data entry functions.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming mail and courier (receive, open, sort, deliver)
- Process outgoing mail/courier/trackable shipments (packages, create labels)
- Weighs mail and calculates correct postage
- Works with standard small operations equipment (postage meter, folder/inserter, automatic letter opener)
- Update daily report logs
- Work with internal departments and external vendors
- Research tracking inquiries
- Process incoming faxes (sort and distribute accordingly)
- Shareholder Maintenance coding
- Return Mail coding
- Assist with month-end client billable including processing of vendor invoices
- Lifting required, less than 40lbs
Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of administrative/mailroom experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (with a main focus on Excel) and/or Google Suite
- Good written, verbal, and listening skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and projects and ability to prioritize
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Proven ability to understand client's needs and develop the appropriate solutions
- Works well in a team environment, and actively contributes to the success of the group
- Poised, works well under pressure, and accomplishes short- and long-term deadlines with a heavy workload
- Must be authorized to work in the country where this position is located.
