About the Role
This role will contribute to our success by supporting business account managers across Asda in all aspects of account management and developing core commercial skills such as customer relationship and internal stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Invoicing allocation vs Asda initiatives, managing spends and balance sheet ownership.
- Support of promotional plan inputting and inflight management.
- Support internal and external administration such as promotional management, new line forms, promo forms, maintaining price file.
- NPD loading and maintaining.
- Shipper plan process management.
- Maintain and monitor secondary space tracker.
- Support on customer meetings such as Brand Days.
- Field sales relationship.
- Store audits.
- Completion of post-promotional analysis.
- Support base rate reviews and report management.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
- Commitment and positive attitude.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt.
- Effective at building relationships.
- Working autonomously and as part of a team towards a common goal.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience.
