About the Role

Venture Solar is expanding and seeking experienced Solar Installers to join their installation team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on the roof and are looking for a place to contribute their skills.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

Requirements

• Previous Solar Installation experience.
• Comfort with heights and roof work.
• A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
• Proficiency with power tools.
• A valid, clean driver’s license.
• Commitment to 40+ hour weeks.
