About the Role
We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Assembler to join our growing New York Team!
Responsibilities
- Pull and stack products based on daily orders.
- Monitor product quality frequently and report problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Inspect items and execute inventory as assigned.
- Receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications.
- Ensure the exact amount of equipment and beverage is accurately packed and ready for each flight.
- Verify all stock received and replenishments are documented properly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location.
- Meet all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209.
- Obtain the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-organized.
- Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
