About the Role

As a Transcription Operations Associate in the Americas region, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our AI-powered, human-in-the-loop transcription product. You will proactively manage the production queue to ensure transcripts meet quality standards and industry-leading turnaround times, resolve workflow issues promptly, and address queries from Client Service Teams. You will also oversee operational performance across your region, ensuring we meet and exceed KPIs for service delivery, productivity, and engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage transcription orders, prioritizing unclaimed tasks, and addressing queries and capacity gaps for efficient production.
Ensure industry-leading turnaround time, quality, and cost-efficiency at scale.
Independently address issues affecting transcription service delivery, leveraging internal teams for troubleshooting as required.
Support the success of a skilled team in your region, ensuring a productive and engaged workforce.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials in any field and noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
Relevant internships and other evidence of interest/experience working in operations in a service or business context are desirable.
Track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.5).
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
