About the Role

The Wholesale Operations Coordinator will provide operational support for key wholesale accounts, acting as the primary communication and operations liaison between various teams to achieve sales goals and maximize account profitability. This role manages end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring compliance with regulations and account-specific guidelines, while collaborating to streamline processes and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the life cycle of sales orders from forecast to delivery.
  • Maintain the operational relationship between Tarte and wholesale accounts, providing product information and inventory availability.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly order status updates to Sales, Customer, and Management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align supply chain and channel allocation for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Engage with international field teams and regional managers to gather market insights.
  • Coordinate with international retail partners for pick-ups and timely delivery.
  • Complete all compliance and shipping documentation with Global Logistics & Regulatory teams.
  • Ensure account contractual obligations are met through problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Troubleshoot orders and elevate issues through proper channels.
  • Research and resolve claims, returns, and chargebacks in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of Operations Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision or any other ERP system.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and proactively identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, possess a sense of urgency, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.
