About the Role
In a central key role, you will oversee the implementation of complex B2C and B2B projects. This includes consulting clients, planning and facilitating scoping workshops, initial setup and grooming of product backlogs, creating and prioritizing epics & user stories, developing product roadmaps, and leading projects to launch.
Responsibilities
- Consulting clients on project scope regarding features, priority, and business impact.
- Planning and executing project discovery phases with craft experts.
- Working closely with the delivery team to plan and execute project iterations.
- Managing project scope and expectations, communicating progress and issues internally and with stakeholders/clients.
- Leading projects to success through expertise in creation, strategy, quality, and tech.
- Involving external and internal stakeholders in project execution.
Requirements
- Working proficiency in both German and English (C1, spoken and written).
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position within e-commerce (B2C/B2B) or similar IT projects.
- 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies and leading interdisciplinary teams.
- IT agency experience.
- High sense of responsibility & ownership.
- Willingness to steer, control, and make decisions to ensure project success.
- Extensive knowledge of common project management methods and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Deep skills in requirements engineering and scope management.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination skills.
- Empathetic and recipient-oriented communication.
- Confident appearance towards various stakeholders.
- Solid consulting expertise to lead clients to their desired outcome.
- Experience in planning and conducting internal and external workshops.
- Ideally a certified Product Owner (CSPO / ACSPO).
- Preferably some experience on the agency or service provider side.
- Ability to work with and lead international teams.
