About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Associate is responsible for ensuring the financial health of Talkspace through meticulous revenue cycle support. They organize and process claims into the database, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues, contributing to timely reimbursement and overall financial success.

Responsibilities

• Organize and process claims into our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and invoices processed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to claims and billing.
• Support a streamlined process for efficient and accurate billing.
• Work closely with internal team members to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement for Talkspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related work-experience.
• Experience with electronic claims processing and/or billing software.
• Proficient in Google Suite
• 2+ years of experience in billing and accounting is preferred.
• Healthcare experience, experience with medical billing codes and terminology is preferred.
