About the Role

As a Front Office Agent / Receptionist, you will bring a high level of commitment, a focus on excellent service, and a passion for creating positive guest experiences to our dynamic Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and payments, while ensuring all aspects of the guest journey are exceptional.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lively lobby operations and serve as the primary point of contact for guests.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, handle reservations, guest inquiries, phone calls, and process payments.
  • Act as a guest superhero, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered at the highest level.
  • Provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and a welcoming personality to make guests feel comfortable.
  • Proactively ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the Front Office department by coordinating and collaborating with other departments.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not strictly required.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • An eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • A 'doer' with a genuine hands-on mentality.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment.
