About the Role

Eurasia Group is seeking a mid-level Associate Director, Corporate Advisory & Consulting to support the commercial team’s proposal process, strengthen follow-through from client engagements, and help develop high-quality client-facing materials. This role will serve as a cross-functional hub, bringing strong project management, excellent client-service instincts, and expert-level PowerPoint capabilities to advance business development and deliver polished outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop client-facing materials, including creating first-draft PowerPoint decks for client meetings, proposals, and commercial pursuits.
  • Translate rough inputs into clean, structured slides with strong executive-level storytelling.
  • Ensure decks align with team standards and are ready for senior review.
  • Support the team with occasional advisory content development primarily in PowerPoint format.
  • Operate as a cross-functional coordinator, working closely with colleagues across the firm to synthesize inputs efficiently and ensure stakeholders are aligned.
  • Maintain a high bar for responsiveness, organization, and professionalism in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
  • Coordinate proposal inputs across internal stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit proposal content and structure narratives for clarity and impact.
  • Build and maintain proposal timelines; schedule internal check-ins and reviews to hit deadlines.
  • Support pricing/level-of-effort tables and other standard proposal components.
  • Manage version control and quality control to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional formatting.
  • Help prepare submission-ready deliverables.
  • Track client meeting follow-ups and action items by capturing and maintaining an action-item tracker.
  • Coordinate with relevant owners to ensure follow-ups are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Proactively flag risks to timelines and help unblock next steps.

Requirements

  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including the ability to build clear, compelling decks quickly (structure, narrative flow, layout, and polish).
  • Strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills; ability to turn complex inputs into crisp, client-ready language and slides.
  • Demonstrated project management capability (tracking deadlines, managing stakeholders, version control, and follow-through).
  • Comfort working across teams and senior stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong client-service orientation, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • High attention to detail and quality control; consistent execution under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
  • Comfort working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) and/or action-item tracking tools.
