About the Role

Our bartenders create memorable and unique experiences, going beyond drink preparation to host the space, manage guest service broadly, and ensure the bar operates flawlessly. They build relationships, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities

• Go beyond drink preparation to host the space.
• Manage guest service broadly.

• Build relationships across the hotel and in the community.
• Anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail in financial transactions, information provided to guests, and drink quality.

• Maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional.
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• No certifications required.
