About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment, including managing equipment, supplies, and administrative tasks to support daily operations and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Operate office equipment and manage technology needs for virtual meetings.
- Ensure all office equipment is fully operational.
- Manage inventory, supply orders, filing, and office organization.
- Coordinate ordering and distribution of daily lunch orders.
- Oversee all mail and package activities (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
- Maintain tidiness and presentability of all office areas.
- Tidy and straighten conference rooms after meetings, including wiping tables.
- Set up conference rooms before meetings, preparing beverages and refreshments.
- Assist with catering setup and cleanup.
- Empty and reload dishwashers.
- Continuously restock kitchen supplies.
- Refill office supplies as needed.
- Monitor inventory supplies and notify the manager when stock is low.
- Prepare shipments and drop-offs.
- Run small errands as needed.
- Help prepare materials for meetings.
- Scan, copy, print, and bind documents.
- Report maintenance issues.
- Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide updates and solicit feedback from supervisors and colleagues.
- Highly motivated, driven, and community oriented.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a high degree of discretion in all interactions.
- High level of dependability and accountability.
