About the Role
This position requires an experienced professional with strong knowledge of Windows Client management in an enterprise environment, including Windows as a Service, Microsoft Configuration Manager, software/application packaging, Group Policy, and remote administration and troubleshooting. Creative and critical thinking skills are essential. The role involves making moderate enhancements to systems and processes, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and providing guidance and training to other employees.
Responsibilities
- Lifecycle management of Windows as a Service
- Windows Client OS configuration, testing, deployment, and issue tracking
- Software package development, testing, deployment, and issue tracking
- Maintaining enterprise level configuration and management of Windows Client OS
- Proactive discovery and remediation of potential issues within job area
- Interpret a customer’s description of a problem and determine possible solutions
- Educate and train support level staff in the use of established processes
- Coordinate with hardware and software vendors to troubleshoot problems as needed
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on processes and procedures for all systems within job area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Salary/Compensations
- $79,000-$147,000 (California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas)
- $69,000-$128,500 (Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont)
