About the Role

We are building the Group's data warehouse, a cross-functional foundation intended to unify, structure, and enhance our health data for research, management, and care improvement. This platform's value depends on the data it holds being understood, documented, governed, and reliable from end to end. This is precisely the mission we are entrusting to our future Data Scientist: to make our data a trustworthy, usable, and compliant asset. Responsibilities

Understand data usage challenges and conduct feasibility tests to scientifically validate data suitability for expected objectives.
Design and implement natural language processing pipelines to enrich patient data from unstructured or semi-structured data and provide quality indicators for results.
Adjust and optimize machine learning algorithms.
Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of tools for exploring patient data and mapping to standard vocabularies (e.g., SNOMED-CT).
Ensure technological watch and participate in defining data best practices within the group.
Contribute to the implementation of data exploitation best practices within the data platform.
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of health data, in compliance with the ISO 27001 standard.

Requirements

Bac+5 degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or equivalent.
Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in natural language processing, ideally in the healthcare domain.
Proficiency in methods for generalizing and validating obtained results.
Project experience using data science languages such as Python or R, including the use of machine learning libraries like PyTorch, Transformers, or Unsloth.
Mastery of SQL.
Knowledge of Health Data Warehouses (EDS) or Health Data Platforms (PDS) environments is a plus.
Experience implementing data standards and models such as OMOP Common Data Model, as well as mapping assistance tools.
Recognized for rigor, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Autonomous, curious, and proactive, with continuous technological watch.
Ability to leverage data using the latest technologies and methods.
Willingness to share knowledge and disseminate it broadly to improve colleagues' practices.
