About the Role
As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products safely, accurately, and on time. Every day brings a variety of hands-on responsibilities that keep our operation running smoothly. Successful candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused individuals who take ownership of their work.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Label, document, and stage outbound shipments
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Move inventory using hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks
- Shrink-wrap pallets and secure products for safe transport
- Stock products and maintain organized inventory locations
- Utilize scanners, handheld devices, and computer systems to manage inventory and shipping activities
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and operating guidelines
