About the Role
Oversee the daily workings of Remarque’s Fellowship Programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for visitors from application to departure. Collaborate with University offices for integration into the Institute and NYU. Manage housing, train students or clerical employees, and assist with event production. Act as a liaison for communications with other schools, University offices, students, faculty, vendors, and program partners, overseeing projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily workings of Remarque’s Fellowship Programs
- Ensure a high-quality experience for visitors, from application to departure
- Work with various University offices to integrate visitors into the Institute and NYU
- Manage Remarque housing
- Train students or clerical employees
- Assist with event production
- Serve as a Remarque liaison for communications with other schools and University offices, students, faculty, vendors, and program partners
- Oversee projects as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with university students
- Experience administering academic programs and events
- Ability to interact with a diverse population at all levels
