About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Manager to support identifying, developing and retaining top talent. This role is essential for the successful execution of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, developing and retaining employees within an assigned group of Districts. The Talent Manager will uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, developing and retaining employees.
- Supporting District Managers to ensure associate readiness for upcoming business needs.
- Upholding Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork.
- Identifying, developing and retaining top talent.
- Building high-performing teams and driving organizational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, training, onboarding, or operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent.
- Experience with social media marketing, networking, and sourcing new talent.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or Motor Vehicle Record Check.
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the company’s driver requirements.
