Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage customer orders throughout the entire order processing cycle for international and DACH customers.
  • Create and maintain orders, contracts, and sales-related documents in the ERP system, adhering to company policies.
  • Monitor contract, delivery, and milestone deadlines to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, Shipping, Finance, and Controlling to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and manage shipping and export documents, including invoices, certificates of origin, and insurance certificates.
  • Support commercial processes by monitoring open receivables, processing letters of credit, and coordinating with customers and financial partners.
  • Continuously optimize and develop processes, workflows, and documentation in Sales Support and Order Management.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or comparable vocational training, ideally with a focus on foreign trade, industry, or business administration.
  • Several years of professional experience in order management, internal sales, customer service, or a comparable commercial function.
  • Sound knowledge of order processing, contract management, and export management in an internationally active company.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • High customer and service orientation combined with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, for professional communication with internal and external contacts nationally and internationally.
