About the Role

This role involves the ingestion and delivery of licensed data to clients using in-house software. It includes database backup/restore, application installation and configuration, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and failover management. The position requires a meticulous individual who can follow instructions, adapt to a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment, and supervise application processes and logs.

Responsibilities

Manage deployment infrastructure within cloud and datacenter environments.
Collaborate with software development teams to ensure reliable application deployment.
Design and monitor cloud resources.
Address infrastructure issues and provide technical support to development teams.
Coordinate efforts between product design, development, and business operations for new product launches.
Create and maintain organization's infrastructure.
Deploy automation and reduce risk management.
Streamline code releases and enhance system reliability and scalability.
Manage Azure DevOps tools and services.
Ensure smooth code integration and automate processes.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software builds, testing, and deployment.
Use tools like Terraform or ARM templates for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Set up monitoring solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights) for system performance tracking and issue detection.
Ensure security best practices, manage access controls, and maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA).
Work closely with software developers to understand requirements, provide guidance on DevOps practices, and assist with deployment issues.
Learn and use groundbreaking technologies.
Apply sophisticated fix techniques to provide solutions to customer needs.
Interact with leading engineers globally.
Drive improvements, influence architecture decisions, and shape support strategy for a business-critical data platform.
Modernize data estate and guide the transition to cloud-native platforms.
Work multi-functionally with guides in data engineering, DevOps, and analytics.
Support systems that drive real-time business decisions and impact users across departments.

Requirements

Graduates (B.Sc/M.Sc Computer Science, B.CA/ MCA, B.E) with a proven track record in Application support or technical operation.
