Responsibilities
- Liaise with business stakeholders and business analysts to define new projects, ensure requirement completeness, and agree on priorities.
- Evolve SolstiCE technical architecture, data flows, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
- Design new core functionality.
- Implement and deliver new features to expand product and use case coverage, enabling increased system adoption for critical business processes.
- Ensure ongoing system robustness and stability.
- Coordinate the team’s response to production issues.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members to improve the standard of work.
Requirements
- Enjoy solving engineering challenges.
- Experience in building robust and high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Highly motivated self-starter comfortable taking on new challenges and learning new technologies.
- Hands-on professional software development experience at a senior level.
- Proven experience defining technical architectures and leading complex projects through to delivery.
- Proficiency in object-oriented and functional programming.
- Rigorous application of clean code and TDD principles.
- Passion and interest in shaping system evolution for relevance, dependability, and maintainability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
