About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business stakeholders and business analysts to define new projects, ensure requirement completeness, and agree on priorities.
  • Evolve SolstiCE technical architecture, data flows, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Design new core functionality.
  • Implement and deliver new features to expand product and use case coverage, enabling increased system adoption for critical business processes.
  • Ensure ongoing system robustness and stability.
  • Coordinate the team’s response to production issues.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members to improve the standard of work.

Requirements

  • Enjoy solving engineering challenges.
  • Experience in building robust and high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated self-starter comfortable taking on new challenges and learning new technologies.
  • Hands-on professional software development experience at a senior level.
  • Proven experience defining technical architectures and leading complex projects through to delivery.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented and functional programming.
  • Rigorous application of clean code and TDD principles.
  • Passion and interest in shaping system evolution for relevance, dependability, and maintainability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
