About the Role
The Sr. Product Manager will own one or more product features, lead project execution, and develop product development plans. They will represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team, propose new feature ideas based on customer understanding, prioritize customer issues, and lead stakeholder demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Gather, evaluate, and understand customer use cases.
- Create and deliver innovative, AI-enabled product features and capabilities.
- Lead and mentor team members, participating in peer development and recruitment.
- Leverage and identify metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgets.
- Develop clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teams.
- Drive key end-to-end life-cycle components from planning to release.
- Develop product vision and road-map plan aligned with business strategy.
- Communicate product vision and road-map across all critical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in a technical field or demonstrate proven technical acumen and experience.
- Be a natural problem solver and lead collaboration to resolve issues.
- Interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
- Have experience in mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Think analytically and demonstrate excellent organizational skills when managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate product development knowledge, including developing related business cases, content, and product plans.
- Have significant experience in Product Management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release management.

- New York Base Pay Range: $126,900 - $211,500
- New York City Base Pay Range: $138,400 - $230,700
- Rochester, NY Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300
- New Jersey Base Pay Range: $136,213 - $217,587
