As a Research Analyst at Landing Point Search Group, you will identify exceptional talent, develop lasting candidate relationships, and support executive searches across the financial services industry. Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage exceptional talent through personalized outreach and genuine engagement that sparks meaningful conversations.
- Develop expertise in the roles and industries we serve, using market research to strengthen search strategies and identify top talent.
- Ensure every interaction is professional, responsive, and personalized, making candidates feel valued throughout the search process.
- Partner closely with recruiters to develop search strategies, share market insights, and support multiple searches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong research and analytical abilities.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
